Alexandra (Sasha) Potcheikina
Head Coach
With over 30 years of coaching experience, Sasha has dedicated her life to nurturing skaters’ potential both on and off the ice. A former national and international competitor, she now prepares skaters to compete at regional, sectional, national, and world championships.
Trained at the prestigious Moscow Olympic Ice Skating Center and enriched by 10 years of ballet and modern dance study, she blends technical mastery with artistry to inspire every student. As a principal skater, Sasha shared the stage with Olympic and European champions such as Katarina Witt, Natalia Bestemianova, Andrei Bukin, and Norbert Schramm. She was also featured in television commercials and performed as a principal skater in world-renowned shows from New York to Tokyo.
Today, that same passion and excellence continue to guide her students as they grow in skill, confidence, and love for the sport.
Andrey Timohkin
Head Coach
With over 40 years of coaching experience, Andrey is a renowned National, International, and World-level coach dedicated to guiding skaters toward regional, national, and international competitions.
A graduate of the Moscow Olympic Ice Skating Center, he first excelled as a national and international competitor before spending 17 years performing in professional ice shows worldwide. As a principal skater, Andrey shared the stage with Olympic legends Robin Cousins, Jayne Torvill, and Christopher Dean, and was featured in productions including the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Ice Theater of New York.
Today, he continues to inspire and shape the next generation of figure skaters with his unmatched passion and expertise.
Dina Ligay
Social Media Specialist
Dina is a dynamic creative and a vital bridge between Elite Figure Skating Academy and the public, skillfully engaging audiences across multiple social media platforms.
Fluent in Russian, English, and Korean, she brings a unique ability to connect with people across cultures and communities. With a diverse background in marketing, Dina is known for infusing warmth, authenticity, and positive human emotion into every project she undertakes.
Her innovative approach not only highlights the Academy’s excellence but also fosters meaningful connections that inspire, uplift, and build lasting relationships.
Yan Ting
Medical Consultant
Yan, the founder of Bethel Holistic Health, brings a wealth of expertise in supporting high-level athletes with injury recovery and peak performance optimization.
By skillfully integrating Chinese medicine with the principles of functional biochemistry, she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Admired by her patients and affectionately known as “The Magic Hand,” Patricia has earned a reputation for her remarkable ability to restore balance and accelerate healing.
Her deep knowledge of human anatomy, combined with her background in clinical psychology, makes her an invaluable resource to the Academy, blending physical restoration with mental resilience for truly holistic care.
